Twynham is just fifteen minutes west of Taupo in the green and tranquil lakeside village of Kinloch. Nestled within a very large one-hectare private garden, Twynham is a haven for fresh air, good coffee and relaxation.

We offer hearty breakfasts, wholesome dinners and warm welcomes along with an abundance of home baking, preserves and fresh fruit and vegetables grown in our gardens.

Your hosts can help you plan your activities. Your hosts share family interests in golf, music, travel and dog sports. Paul is a NZ Kennel Club judge; Elizabeth has a wide knowledge of the geothermal and volcanic history of the region gained over a long career in tourism and industry.

A kayak is available for your to explore the lake.

The Jack Nicklaus golf course is right here in the village and an increasing drawcard for golfing guests. We have two courses in the village - our original village course and now the Jack Nicklaus International.

Paul is an avid golfer and, at Twynham, we enjoy the company of these crazy sportsmen who take great pleasure in hitting little white balls around - all in the most wonderful scenery!
