Nestled in 6ha of tranquil rainforest just 45km north-west of Brisbane, our two cottages and private suite have a delightful rustic charm, cosy fireplaces, serene rainforest views, plus all modern conveniences for a truly relaxing bush getaway.

Ideal for a romantic escape, or as a family retreat, our accommodation offers perfect privacy and seclusion. We take pride in the homely atmosphere, tasteful decor, attention to detail, and the personal touches of flowers, candles and chocolates.

Awake to the sound of whip birds and a magnificent view through hoop pines and rose gums to the rainforest below. Take a rainforest walk, stop at a local cafe, then back to your cottage for a massage, reading a book, sipping wine, a romantic candlelit meal, port and chocolates - how much more relaxing can it get?

Situated in the D'Aguilar Range 620m above sea level, Mt Glorious offers welcome relief from the summer heat (nights can get quite cool even in summer – be sure to pack a jumper). In winter, as mists waft through the rainforest, a roaring fire and electric blankets will keep away the chill.
