Rotorua City Homestay… Rotorua City Homestay B&B is situated in the heart of Rotorua City, North Island, New Zealand, and is just a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bars, the Rotorua lake front and the geothermal park across the road (Kuirau Park). Offering two well-appointed stylish rooms with dedicated bathrooms and comfortable beds, rooms also include tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a mini-bar with a selection of drinks and snacks available. Beds have summer or winter-weight duvets depending on season and have electric blankets for use in winter. The house is heated with a large heat pump and the bedrooms also have heaters so the indoor spaces are always warm. |
Guests are free to use the shared lounge and dining room which has a distinct Balinese style and we have a sunny private garden and courtyard area with a deluxe spa pool and sun-loungers (for sunbathing during our summer months). Enjoy a glass of wine or beer under our covered pergola which overlooks the garden. We have free Wi-Fi and offer free transfers to the airport or CBD. We can also assist you with area information and tour bookings and in many cases get your discounts into certain tourist attractions. Rotorua New Zealand is the heart of the geothermal wonderland and is rich in history and Maori culture. Visit the natural thermal wonders and see boiling mud pools, geysers and steaming fumaroles. Learn about our Maori culture and heritage or visit the site of the once famed Pink and White Terraces. There are many adventure activities to do in Rotorua from grade 5 white water rafting to zip-lining through untouched native forest. The Polynesian Spa is a World Top 10 spa where you can bathe in the soothing mineral waters or indulge in a wonderful spa treatment. Summer or winter, there is always something to do in Rotorua. We suggest a minimum of three nights to truly appreciate this amazing city. Payment is by cash on arrival in New Zealand dollars only (sorry we do not have card facilities). Comfort in a friendly home atmosphere — right in the centre of Rotorua. |
