Named after Henry James Tayton, a Plumber, who conducted his mainstay
business (making water tanks)in the workshop which is now the Gallery. His
father built the Limestone Cottage, (the family home), and the workshop. The
limestone cottage is now a popular Restaurant in the main street of Sorrento
Village.
