The Oasis is ideally situated for visitors to Sydney - Circular Quay (for the CBD, Rocks & Opera House) is a seven-minute ferry ride away. It is only a two-minute walk to the water or parks (with trees filled with birdsong), cafes and shops.
Your private deck offers views over Sydney Harbour and is an ideal spot at sunset.
The Oasis features a spacious, light-filled room with queensize bed and an ensuite bathroom.
I have really travelled the world & this is by FAR the best most beautiful + FUN B&B I have ever known.
Such lovely views, vibes & colourful birds in the morning chirping to us.

We fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in. The area is beautiful. We had a great time walking around Balmain and using the ferries and buses.
Very lovely couple and very nice and hospitable, giving with time and information. Poppi is a beautiful lovely dog and I want to take her home with me.
Sorry for being a gobble guts with the food, it was very lovely, and the bed was so comfortable that we did not want to get up..

I loved staying at An Oasis in the City and would very highly recommend it. I stayed for 4 blocks of around 7 nights each and it was such a beautiful, nurturing and lovely place.
Lizzie, Neil and Gracie (the beautiful dog) were gorgeous and I felt so at home and could have stayed much longer.
I also loved Balmain and found people in shops and cafes really friendly - there's a great health food shop with excellent coffee and really good breakfasts. Thank you to Neil, Lizzie and Gracie for wonderful stays!
