Currently, only one of Kingbilli's three cottage is available to guests, meaning our visitors are assured of total privacy and exclusive use of everything the property has to offer.

Hidden by a profusion of native shrubs, the Studio was designed with bush hermits in mind… yet anyone seeking the ultimate in independence will adore its tranquil seclusion. Tucked into the elbow of the creek, at the foot of Kingbilli's rolling hills, this spacious cottage can be booked with either one, or two separate bedrooms, making it the ideal retreat for nature-loving couples or adventurous young families.

Soft leather furnishings encircle a large wood fire, beneath graceful curved ceilings of warmly glowing timber. The custom-made country kitchen promises to fulfil any culinary fancy, whilst separate bedrooms of solid stone ensure a cosy night's sleep.

Venture outdoors, and the Studio's landscaped gardens meld seamlessly into the surrounding bush, encircling a cool fernpool, trickling softly over a rocky waterfall into a deep lilypond, which flows in turn back into the creek. Here, lives that most timid of all Australian mammals, the platypus, and many Studio guests are rewarded with the sight of him paddling contentedly amongst the lilypads, feasting on yabbies and tadpoles.

Just footsteps from the verandah, a walkbridge leads across the water to a private island between the fernpool and the creek, where a rose-covered gazebo heralds the way to the Studio's own heated jacuzzi spa.
