Following the recent success of Thorngrove Manor as a recipient of an international quality assurance award for business best practice and quality commitment The International Platinum Star Award for Quality Commitment, we have again been awarded the prestigious designation of International Superstar Hotel Award from the Cahners/Reed Elsevier Group of companies.
This biennial award from Star Service has been given in recognition of product excellence. The Award singles out Thorngrove as one of the world's outstanding properties and demonstrates a level of excellence far above that of other hotels of a similar type (Star Service letter). This years Australian winners are Thorngrove Manor, Hayman Island, The Ritz Carlton Sydney, The Hyatt Hotel Canberra, The Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Lilianfels Blue Mountains.
