| Accommodation at The Beach | |

The house has 2 bedrooms (main has queensize bed, second bedroom has a pair of twin beds) and a sunroom with a daybed. It accommodates 4 very comfortably, 5 if the fifth is a child. It is equipped with many of the comforts and conveniences of home, but no nuisances. (No phone. No computer. No VCR. We confess there is a television set.) There is a laundry with an automatic washing machine, and clotheslines both outside and under cover. You can park your car and boat in the lock-up garage, which has plenty of shelves for fishing gear, water toys and golf clubs. You need to bring: sheets and towels, and food. (Well, you can actually buy all your provisions locally, very conveniently. The house is comfortably within walking distance of the various shops.) Pillows, blankets and doonas are supplied. We can arrange linen hire if you need it. There are books and games in the living room. (Sometimes it rains.) |

The
house is called The Beach, as it's set on Iluka Bay with the river
beach at the bottom of the garden. You can sit on the deck and
enjoy stunning views of the river, and watch the comings and goings
of the traffic – boats on the river, birds in the air and
in the trees.
