Only fifty minutes drive from  Melbourne near the Kinglake National Park, Stringybark sits in a secluded valley surrounded by tall trees. It is set on the other side of the property from the main house, with big bush views from every window including the double spa (what better way to relax?).

Whether you come on your own, bring the kids or another couple, the cottage is spacious and comfortable with a full modern kitchen, lounge/dining, king master bedroom downstairs and a roomy attic bedroom upstairs.

Start the day with a spa, have a lovely long farmer's brekkie, take a stroll through the bush, sit in front of the wood fire or on the deck with a glass of red, listen to some music, drive to a local waterfall, try your hand at horse riding, visit a local market, book an in-house massage – just make time to enjoy each other and, without a long drive back, go home refreshed and rejuvenated.
