Many guests find themselves curled up with a book from PJ’s extensive library – in stark contrast to the surrounding countryside where the kangaroos and emus move through the saltbush and bare gibber plains stretching to the horizon.

A relaxing afternoon can be spent fossicking for a piece of elusive opal on the old mining field – White Cliffs miners welcome a friendly tourist face, and are often more than willing to stop for a chat.

Enjoy your choice of a glass of wine, beer or juice and catch up with us over some nibblies (or in winter a steaming mug of soup) around 6pm… and then we’ll leave you to enjoy your Prospector’s Parcel at  your own leisure.
 
Your Prospector’s Parcel will have either a a delicious home cooked meal prepared ready for you to enjoy or a BBQ your own steak or chicken fillet. Both options will come with your prepared vegies or a fresh salad and our homemade seven-grain bread served with real butter! To top off your Underground Crib Tin we’ll leave you a homemade dessert, tea and coffee with after dinner chocolate.
